The written guide, its structure and wording, and the contents of the Individual and Team Template Kits are original work, © 2026 Field Reckoner. All rights reserved. Some images and video on this site were produced with AI tools and may not themselves be protected by copyright; the written text and the document contents are.

2. Using the free guide

You are welcome to read the guide, link to it, and reference it for your own personal, educational, or internal work use. What you may not do is republish, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of the written content as your own, or present it as if it were someone else’s work, without permission.

3. The template kits

The Individual and Team Template Kits are not for sale. They remain original works owned by Field Reckoner available for personal or inside use in their own organization. They may not be resold, redistributed, or published publicly, regardless of how they are eventually distributed.

4. Not professional advice

This guide provides general risk-literacy education. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it does not account for your specific situation, jurisdiction, or the current policy of any AI vendor. Verify current laws, standards, and vendor policies directly with their primary sources before you act on anything here.

The guide links to third-party sources — standards bodies, court records, news outlets, and research — so you can check the claims yourself. Those sites are not under our control. A link is provided for verification, not as an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the guide or the kits.
